How to make Saffron Chai

2 cups of Water

1 teaspoon of tea leaves

1/4 cup of milk (whole or plant based milk)

About 10 Saffron strands

2 Cardamom Pods (Optional)

Method: 

Begin by bringing water to a boil. Add saffron and Cardamom and allow them to dissolve. Next, add the tea leaves and simmer for a minute. Add milk, stir and remove from heat. Strain and enjoy this fragrant and delicious chai.
