Flu Season Tips:
Unfortunately it’s Flu season. So whether you’ve already been exposed to the virus or want to prevent it we have a handy list of 4 things to do to build your immunity.
- Prevention is key: The best way to avoid catching and spreading the virus is by maintaining high standards of hygiene. Firstly, wash your hands with alcohol based soap after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose. If you’re caring for someone with the Flu disinfect and keep them out of the kitchen!
- Rest and Hydration: The only way to get over the Flu is through proper rest and nutrition, especially hydration. Drink lots of water, herbal teas and soups containing bone broth to boost immunity.
